Yamaha has recently announced an extended 10-year guarantee on parts for all new acoustic Yamaha upright and grand pianos and five years on electronic components. This Yamaha offer is a considerable upgrade on their previous guarantee of 5 years for acoustic and two years for electronic parts.

With the purchase of a new Yamaha piano, you have already made an excellent decision for your long-term musical path. Yamaha pianos are built by experienced craftsmen and loved by pianists worldwide. They offer the unique joy of music making, whether you’re an accomplished player or just starting your musical journey. This extended guarantee will give you peace of mind following your new piano purchase.

How to apply the offer

To apply the guarantee, you must register your product within six months of purchase. In the event of a claim, you will need to submit the original purchase receipt with the guarantee extension certificate. Please find full details of how to register your piano here. It’s a straightforward 3 step process – you will need to create an account with Yamaha, then select your model, serial number and date of purchase to complete the validation.
