The Yamaha SE132 is the larger of the two SE series Pianos, giving it a deeper, richer tone, improved resonance and a more full-bodied sound.Drawing on the combined experience of European artists, technicians and artisans, the series is designed to be the definitive upright piano in this highly discerning market.  The S is for S Class, Yamaha's highest grade of acoustic pianos, using only the best materials, and finished by the same technicians that prepare the world-renowned CFX Concert Grand Pianos. The E stands for European, as although Yamaha produce pianos in Japan, the SE series uses European materials for much of the instrument, and it is voiced for a softer, mellower European tone. A soundboard crafted from carefully selected high-grade European spruce ensures a bright, clear tone with long sustain. Top-Grade Strings Extremely hard and smooth treble strings provide optimal sustain and overtones. The cabinet is redesigned and stylishly finished cabinet sports a remodelled top board, upper front board, key-bed, key slips, and legs.  What really takes the SE Series pianos to a higher level is the craftsmanship lavished by the same Thomann team as that which prepares the flagship CFX concert grands.
