The Disklavier DGB1K ¹ incorporates the exceptional design concept of Yamaha Grand Piano's coveted C Series, but with sophisticated technology of the Disklavier range ².   It boasts a broad range of impressive features alongside its quality as an acoustic piano.  First of all, this includes integrated record and playback functionality.  Cutting-edge DSP Servo Drive System technology ensures accurate performance reproduction by automatically monitoring and calibrating the movement of the keys and pedals in real-time during playback.  This essentially means that the piano can play itself.  In addition, the DGB1K also possess Yamaha's patented SILENT Piano technology, making this instrument the perfect space-saving choice for the growing family, established hobbyist or avid listener.

• The DGB1K possesses the Disklavier ENSPIRE range's advanced recording system, reproducing every nuance of a performance.  This includes all details and articulations such as the speed and touch by which a player is releasing the keys.
• At the same time the advanced AccuPlay DSP servo drive system is working in tandem with the recording system.  Monitoring mechanical elements, it allows for performance reproduction. Data is then fed back to the playback processor from the instrument's sensing system to ensure accurate reproduction of the original performance.  This is a truly unique feature to the Yamaha Disklavia ENSPIRE ST range.
• The recording system also allows teachers and students to critique recorded performances, providing new ways for enhancing musical development. Furthermore, proprietary video sync technology enables users to create, archive and share an piano driven visual performance using just the piano and a video camera.
