Marryat Players Winter Series 2026
The Marryat Players Winter Series 2026 opens on Wednesday 7 January and runs through to Thursday 22 January, featuring four exceptional evening concerts in Wimbledon.
The series begins with the Consone Quartet, joined by violist Jenny Lewisohn, performing Mozart’s String Quartet No.18 and String Quintet No.5. This is followed by A Night at the Opera on Sunday 11 January, presented in collaboration with Grange Park Opera, and featuring soprano Ailish Tynan, bass Julian Close, and pianist Jeremy Cooke.
On Saturday 17 January, acclaimed Dutch pianist Hannes Minnaar performs works by Bach, Brahms and Chopin. The series concludes on Thursday 22 January with the Busch Trio — piano, violin and cello — performing trios by Haydn and Schubert.
Each programme will last 60–70 minutes and be performed without an interval at 3 Marryat Road, Wimbledon Village, London SW19 5BB.
