The Marryat Players Chamber Music Festival returns to Wimbledon Village from the 18th – 21st June 2026.
It is now more than 25 years since the Marryat Players Chamber Orchestra of Young Musicians gave their first concert in Wimbledon. Since then, the Marryat Players have developed a Chamber Music Festival each June and a Winter Series in
January, to which acclaimed musicians are invited.
The varied programme includes works from composers such as Mozart, Haydn, Sibelius, Dvořák and Brahms, as well as more contemporary composers such as Christian Elliott and Malcolm Singer. Don’t miss the ‘Tribute to Benny Goodman’ session on Saturday, 20th June, with the Julian Bliss Septet.
Full details of each programme and the artists performing can be found on the Marryat Players website. There are discounted rates for students and Friends of Marryat Players. Tickets are available from Monday, 13th April, for individual performances and for passes to the whole event.
